Not too long ago a mortgage broker in Texas asked if I’d write a lead generation package for his company-actually he just wanted me to write a letter. I guess he didn’t need an envelope. More about that in a moment.
So my first question was: who is your target market? Tell me a little about the clients you’re looking to attract.
“Anyone that needs to refinance an adjustable mortgage,” he laughed.
