There is a very distinct paradigm shift that must occur for you to transform yourself from a network marketing distributor to a network marketing leader.

I call this the MLM Leadership Paradigm Shift.

When you first get started in the MLM Industry it is all about you.

* Your work Ethic
* Your time management skills
* Your communications skills
* Your lead generation systems

And the list goes on and on. That is why network marketing is considered by many to be the number self improvement program on the planet. Most people are not able to succeed with the skills and attitudes they enter the industry with. Personal growth and development is required.

However at some point in your network marketing career, your focus must move off of yourself and onto the success of your team members. This is what I call the Leadership Paradigm Shift.

At some point you must focus on developing solid MLM Training programs for your team. The first training program that should be developed is a game plan for your new distributors first 90 days. Developing a plan of action with each new distributor that is workable and duplicatable is critical.

Unfortunately in todays network marketing world, most people receive what I call The go sickem training program instead of a proven step-by-step fast start system.

Put together a game plan. Have a distributor planning session within the first 72 hours after a new member joins and you will be well on your way to creating a duplicating, thriving, growing, organization.
